Chicbuy laptop and service are great. The first laptop was purchased 6/6/23. It had a defective SSD and SD Card port. In trying to resolve the issues, Susie, tech rep, always responded within one day to any of my e-mails.The first laptop had to be returned at their cost. I received the second laptop in two days from texting Susie a copy of UPS send receipt.The second laptop has been operating fine now for 5 weeks of daily use. It has 3 operating systems on it. Ubuntu 22.04.2, openSUSE Leap 15.5, and Windows 11. Ubuntu is installed on a external 512GB SSD in a M.2 NVMe enclosure off of the USB 3.0 port. Ubuntu does dual boot with Win 11. openSUSE and Win 11 are installed on an internal 512GB SSD in dual boot mode. Data is stored on a 512GB SD Micro card off of SD port. All systems function fine. The laptop comes with a fine BIOS.Great buy.

I’ve had the laptop for a few weeks now. Most of it is really good for the amount of money spent. I was not expecting this to be a Macbook or a Dell, but it was around 1/3 of the price. The touch pad is more sensitive than I would care for, and it gives of a cheap click when using. The battery life and weight are really nice. Much better than my old computers. The main issue that I am having is an intermittent black screen of death. I have downloaded the latest video drivers, and that helped. It still does it though. I am starting to think there may be a bad connection in either the screen or the memory. Kind of annoying anyway. If I could figure out the black screen thing, I would rate the computer a 4.5 for the value alone. The only other thing is there are only two USB ports. One is a 3.0, the other is a 2.0. Sadly I need to attach two or 3 USB 2.0 devices at the same time. I put a little multi USB port on it, and that seems to work well. Hopefully, I can get the black screen thing figured out since I probably waited too long to get it repaired by the supplier. I intend on contacting them next week to see what they say. I actually changed the review to 5 stars. The supplier contacted me, and offered a full refund. I ended up getting the black screen issue straightened out, and I like the unit enough that I am going to keep it. They really seem like a good vendor. I would purchase from them again.

I was worried about buy this laptop mainly because there were not a lot of reviews and it was from a company I never heard of, but I decided to buy it anyway and im glad I did. The computer is not really on the powerhouse side of laptops like it isn’t able to run most AAA games , but can run most older games including ROBLOX. The Battery life is decent, it can last up to 5 hours on full battery, and Most Apps work perfectly on it like Spotify, Discord, Chrome, etc. If your looking for a work laptop that can still Run games This one is just right for you.

This laptop was super easy to set up out of the box. It’s super lightweight and I LOVE the size. It’s not dinky. It’s 15. 6 inches so the screen is LARGE. This comes pre-loaded with Windows 11 as well. I haven’t downloaded anything on it so I’m good with space and memory. I use it mainly for our small business accounting, email and I stream Netflix, Hulu, Disney +, music…it’s perfect for what I need it for and I’m so glad I didn’t spend more $$ on a MAC or a “brand name” when this does the job!

At first, I was hesitant to buy this laptop because I thought the it was cheaper, the quality might be not good. But two days later I decided to buy it, and a day later I got it. The package was quite good. After I turned on it, everything was normal, Word and PPT were working well, there was no problem. I’ve been working almost 8 hours a day on my laptop for two months now, everything is fine and fast, and it’s perfect for the price. You can buy it to try and return it if you don’t like it. But I am very satisfied!

Great value for the price. Easy to set up. Can view multiple windows at one time,very pleased with the product. No problem hooking to Wi-Fi. It arrived quickly, also very light and compact , and responds very quickly, excellent laptop. Great customer service, I would highly recommend this product.

This is a great laptop. Worth every dollar. Brought this to replace a Apple iPad that died, l will never go back. It was easy to set up, the screen size and quality is perfect. Powers up quickly and battery holds its charge. Would definitely recommend to my friends and family.

I’m quite happy. It was easy to set up and works great. I noticed in other reviews complaints regarding waking from sleep mode, and while this is somewhat valid (it sometimes requires you to hit the power button) the issue is minor, if you’re too lazy to hit the power button, then perhaps you should hire someone to operate your laptop for you.Oh, I will say that you will need headphones or speakers for sound, the onboard speakers are so quiet you may as well have saved a few bucks and not even installed any at all, but in all honesty, who expects a budget laptop (or any laptop below gaming level) to have stellar sound?

I was getting ready for college buying supplies. My family pitched in to help me out. So I did my research for a PC. I only had one shot at buying a PC that was worth my money time and energy. I was a little afraid cause of the brand of this pc I’ve never heard before so I kept researching for 2 days. Lenovo hp all of them. For the price and specs, This one still came out on top. I’m very glad I bought it!

I’ve had this for about two months now and let me tell you I have the sims, sims 2, sims 3 AND the sims 4 including all mods and custom content installed and all my games work perfectly!!! This holds more than most computers!!!! One of the best purchases I’ve had in years….I have absolutely no complaints on this laptop!!!!! I also have 2 different cpus 1 is the HP all in one and this kicks it’s butt in so many ways!!
